2 tbsp achiote oil
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

Cooking Steps:
Saute Vegetables: In a saucepan, heat the achiote oil over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, and saute until soft.
