2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional for heat)

Prepare Ingredients: Rinse the bamboo shoots under cold water and drain well.
