Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1 cup panko breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup marinara sauce
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Steps:

Prepare Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Breading Station: Set up three shallow dishes ??one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.

Bread Chicken: Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the panko mixture.
