Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons paprika
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    For the hot honey:
    1/2 cup honey
    1 tablespoon hot sauce or to taste
    1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Cooking Steps:

Prepare Chicken: Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then dredge in flour mixture.

Cook Chicken: Preheat the air fryer to 375F (190C). Place chicken in the basket, ensuring they are not touching. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Make Hot Honey: While chicken cooks, combine honey, hot sauce, and vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat until combined and slightly thickened.

Finish with Glaze: Brush the hot honey over the chicken immediately after it comes out of the air fryer.
