    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste
    4 medium zucchinis

Cooking Steps:

Prepare Cod: Preheat the oven to 400F (200C). Mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and garlic in a bowl. Brush cod fillets with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and coat with the Parmesan mixture. Place on a baking sheet.

Bake Cod: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Make Zucchini Noodles: While the cod bakes, use a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil, and saute the noodles for 2-3 minutes until tender.
