Ingredients:

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup almond flour
2 large egg whites
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Cooking Steps:
Make Batter: Whisk together melted butter, sugar, almond flour, egg whites, and almond extract until smooth.
Prepare Baking Sheets: Line baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper.
Bake: Drop a small spoonful of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, using the back of the spoon to spread into a thin circle. Bake in a preheated 375F (190C) oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden around the edges.
