- Air fryer Mixing bowl Hand mixer or whisk Springform pan that fits in the air fryer
Ingredients:
- 2 packages (16 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Cooking Steps:
Prepare Batter: Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in heavy cream and vanilla. Fold in flour and salt just until combined.
Prepare Pan: Line the bottom of the springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
Cook: Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Cook in the air fryer at 300F (150C) for about 25 minutes or until the top is nicely browned and the center is still slightly jiggly.
Cool and Serve: Let the cheesecake cool completely before removing it from the pan. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
